[SilverStreak] Silver Streak forum

I went to the new Silver Streak forum on the new server, and decided that
someone had to make the first post.  So I did.  Uploaded a picture too - of
the logo that Jason provided as a template.

I noticed that Ralph had registered as a user.

Posting is really easy.  Uploading is too.

I will probably need one or more moderators for the forum.  Peace-keepers??
Whatever...

Anyone interested in volunteering?
