[SilverStreak] plaques

Hey List and David

The National Silver Streak Rally Plaques are cast aluminum, with dates from
1978 to the last one held in 1998. The final plaque has 1968-1998 cast in it.
I'll try and take a photo for Tom to post as they are really neat. There are
23 plaques in all and JW made everyone of the National Rallies. Just a little
history.
