Yes, I very recently did. It was much less expensive than I thought. I will 
try to find the source I used. I also now see one seller on ebay doing just 
that and the price with shipping was even better. In the meantime go to 
Tom's site and use key word searce as I earlier detailed this there. Should 
be between Jan 08 and now.
