Hey Bruce,
Make sure the little individual magnets are floating loosely. You may have 
to drill out the rivets, clean the magnets in the plastic holder, and 
re-attach. If the magnets are sticky or stuck, one or the other won't hold 
enough. Seldom will you find the magnets have lost their pull.

Also if you check the big box stores and hardware stores, you can often find 
the same thing in the cabinet latches area. Ii usually will include more 
than you need, but can be very inexpensive and save shipping and time. 
Sometimes you can find a color you like better.
