[SilverStreak] Hinge Shipping update

Hinge shipping update:

I'm on "hold".

The Eternabond special tape did not come. It is expected today or tomorrow.
Shipping will hopefully happen tomorrow. Labels are ready. Rivets are bagged.
Drill bits are ready.

I cannot pack the hinges until the kit can be attached to prevent lost in the
packing.
