[SilverStreak] forum images and avatars

The images on the forum have somehow vanished off of the server.  I suspect
that my adding the Streamline forum section is what did it.

Anyone who had an image or avatar will have to upload.  I think this only
affects Eddie Huffstetter, Scott Holden and myself, but if anyone else had
some type of image up there, you will have to re-upload.

Sorry for the trouble.
