Its not completely empty, but yes, there are some problems with this one 
that you received and they are being worked on.

The problem is that the empty messages are generated by spammers sending 
mail to the lists.  The spam gets deleted, just as it should, but the 
digests are picking up that there was some kind of message, and including an 
empty one on the list.

There have been two program changes since this digest came out, and 
hopefully they will get rid of the empty messages from the next digest.  The 
first change is a patch telling majordomo, the list program, to totally 
ignore all of these spam messages; the second is a script to remove any zero 
messages from the digest queue before the digest is created.  Time will tell 
whether they work or not.  If not, then it is back to the drawing board.
