I don't know if this will help you, but I have the rivet nut tool, his 
fasteners, and have used all of it. I really like it and the system. I had 
the wonderful opportunity of meeting Ed Kovalik and his wife. They were in 
their RV on a trip and stayed here in it with me at my home. They are 
wonderful people. The product is hand machine-made by Ed, a machinist in his 
little shop. The quality is very superb. All is very professional.
