Thanks. Curtis is looking at a site and maybe timeless travel will come up 
with something afforable? If we took stainless plate, had it break-bent to 
match, did the same to the door-in-door hinge, then grind shaped the 
mounting faces to match and drill exact match holes, why couldn't we take 
the correct size stainless pipe, weld it by short-arc to the now matching 
hinge plates and grind-cut the welded pipe on each to remove the sections 
needed to hinge and then use a 1/4" stainless pin?

I have experience on 20 gauge stainless sheet and as thin as that was, it 
ground and polished all the welds beautifully including the orange heat 
colored burn areas back from the welds on the sheets.

I made four pans or shelves, 12X24 inch with sealed welded corners. The 
sides were 2 inch.
