I don't know.  Why don't you give them a call at (800) 631-0018?  I know 
they do custom work, and the product listing on their web site includes 
gates, so I would have to think hinges might be something they would work 
on.

They are not a large outfit, so you are liable to end up talking with 
someone who knows the actual work they can do, rather than someone who is 
only on the salesforce.
