Bob,

Please post the pictures.  As you can see, there are a number of
people interested in hinges, and it seems that having new hinges cast,
using the "injection mold" process, will be prohibitively expensive.  

I have not installed my hinges, and will try to have a machinist use
them as a pattern.  Once I obtain a cost estimate I will post to this
sslist.
