Greetings to all in the Group and welcome to the Kelly's!

We are Mel & Karen Johnson, proud owners of a 1964 17' Silver Streak Sabre
located in Idaho.  Currently working on repairing a portion of the floor
under the kitchen sink AFTER tearing out said sink to check for the problem
leak only to find that it was coming in from the window! The sink parts
needed replacing anyway, but we are NOW waiting for dry & warmer weather to
do some caulking repairs.

The window awning  (?) (located ABOVE each window)  caulking has lichens
growing on it so we know it is original.  Any tips, suggestions, etc for
re-doing the caulking around this area of our SS windows, and door ?

ALSO any floor repair tips.  We are down to the frame cross members and can
see the belly pan UNDER the kitchen sink.  All is dry and cleaned and
vacuumed and ready to start with the repair job.
