Also braking and turning right; The left brake light should be on but isn't ( on the truck as well), but vice versa works fine. I need a new logic circuit? Sorry to bore you with my petty problems.

Brake lights are driven by the brake light circuit of the tow vehicle. The power to the brakes comes direct from the brake controller. As in most American design vehicles the brake light circuit passes through the turn signal flasher resulting in a combined signal. Question, do the lights on the truck work properly with the trailer unplugged? Disconnecting the trailer will divide the problem in half giving you a better direction to evaluate. Hope this helps.
