Someone gave me something called *quake wax* described as the anchor wax used by museums.....use to anchor your precious collectibles...protect them from accidental bumps and quakes ! Safe to use on glass, porcelain, crystal and china..will not harm wood finishes or painted surfaces.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm putting my small collection of 3 inch Roseville pottery jardinieres in the Airstream, and hopefully this will adhere them to the wooden shelf under the curbside window.
