Good suggestion David ! Also the only way to go when in the mountains at altitude due to the lower boiling points of water. Pressure cookers correct the problem !

DARK SIDE OF THE FORCE: Be careful in cooking that you dont have stuff that can plug the vent, otherwise the safety plug blows out kinda like a .38 special bullet going off !!!.
