Good Morning Dan, et al...

I haven't seen anyone mention our "miracle pot"...

We carry a medium size pressure cooker and use it all the time.  Pressure cooking reduces cooking time--saves propane. Fried chicken fried under pressure is fantastic (if you eat chicken). PC'ing does a great job tenderizing meats (if you ate meat). The pressure cooker is a very thick walled vessel so it does a great job of even heating and a great job without the lid as a deep fat fryer. Super veggie tempurua (I don't know how to spell it but it tastes great. You can also use it as a pressure canner when you find fresh veggies that you want to keep.  Just carry a few reusable Mason jars, rings and a box of new lids.

Regards,
