I don't full time, but have spent months on the road, and in a Bambi!
I have really good quality
plastic dinnerware, and I use the same Calphalon on the road as I do
at home. I don't have an oven
but use a small Weber covered propane grill, and I've found that I
can adjust the temperature quite
easily, so I use it for baking as well as grilling. I can use the same
pots in the grill as on the cooktop.
Everything else is stainless steel. And I do mean everything. I have
stainless steel martini glasses and
cocktail shakers, stainless steel cups (in a number of sizes), stainless
French press coffee
maker/thermos, a stainless stove top espresso maker (with tiny little
stainless espresso cups).
I've never broken anything!

What we need to know is this; we plan to live full-time in our 'Stream,
what kind of kitchenware do you all use? Everything we have (fine china,
Falsgraff, cast-iron, and huge stainless cookware) is too bulky or delicate
to survive trailer life! We plan to have a yard sale in the spring and
need to know what to get rid of.
