Are you sure? I mean, about the rubber stuff inside. The axle is about three
inches in diameter, and there is an offset arm on each end to which the wheels
are mounted. and the axle is mounted below the leaf springs with U-bolts. I
guess I don't understand how a torsion axle works.

Yup. If my jack has the height, I'll jack on the frame (as I was told to do in
