Hi again Ned, I caught my husband on the "fly" this morning. More
must-haves for your list (I'm sorry, I don't remember what year your
trailer is - but these items are essential for our 67 Ambassador):

extension cords
good jack (either dual purpose for vehicle and trailer or bring one
along for the trailer)
flux soldier and torch, assorted wrenches and fittings
work gloves and rubber gloves and boots (for those backed up dump
stations!)
extra water hose (two lengths - one to clean with and one for water
supply)
caulking
ghetto blaster (no CD player in our trailer)
