Here I go again... Try slime for thorn flat repair/prevention. Works on nails, sand burrs, glass, and much more! It's a pretty green color and should be available from your local bike shop or farm supply. It works great in tractor tires! I was getting 6 or more flats a week before slime and got about 1 every month after slime. Well worth the $7.00 I paid for a tube of the stuff, treats 2 tires. When I changed my first tube after the Slime, I couldn't believe the 17 holes that were plugged with Slime!

If that doesn't work, the Camel patches are not real popular anymore. I see them sometimes at Tractor Supply.
