Which leads me to ask about the safety of leaving the furnace run all night..... I have to admit I shut it down when I was staying in the Muffin.....not so much because I was worried about being blown up, but worried that the dogs and I would wake up dead in the morning from carbon monoxide gas. I know there are CO2 detectors, but I have heard they are a pain and go off all the time CO2 or not.

What's the deal about furnaces and carbon dioxide?
