I am wondering about the dimensions of the hole to be cut for a Fantastic Fan. A previous owner installed a skylight at the front of the trailor (which leaks and has had to be covered with a home made "box") and it may be a good idea to replace this whole thing with a FF if the hole isn't too big. The Fantastic fan is a replacement for your present roof vent. It is basically a large 3 speed , reversible multiblade 12 volt fan capable of moving large quantities of air. The fancier models have a thermostat and a rain sensor to close the vent in case of rain.

Thanks for the clarification on the FF - here I was smugly thinking all this discussion was politely referring to a "fart fan" to keep the privy smelling wonderful.
