The below was on the List some time back and I saved it and added some  further notes as the bottom but haven't adapted it for myself as yet. It  is pretty good and I hope others will review it, add to it, refine,  whatever, and share it with us again.

Checklist - 97 Safari - (I walk up from the right of the rig and go clockwise to left side and front of truck):

1. Air in tires (R) - truck
2. Hitch - Ball release lever pin - installed - BALL MOUNT - Cross Pin & Safety Pin Installed
3. Right spring bar - attached and pinned
3A. Right Safety Chain - Crossed to LEFT side of receiver.
4. Gas bottles - Secured - no leaks - Cover secured and fastened
4A. Battery Access Door - Secured
5. Front window rock guard - secured
6. TV Antenna - Down
6A. Awning - Secured
7. Trailer - Inside - Cabinets, Refrig secured - Toilet seat down - Water heater OFF - Furnace OFF
Water pump OFF - TV Secured - Interior/Exterior Lights OFF - Vents Down - Windows Closed
8. Exit trailer - cose and lock door
9. Retract Step
10. Furnace door - Secure
11. Water Fill Door - Secure
12. Trailer Tires (R) - Remove Chocks & Check
13. Stabilizer Jack - Retracted
14. Utilities - AC Landline Cable, Water Hook-up, Telephone, Cable TV - Secured
15. Rear Bumper Storage - Cover Secure
16. City Water Hook-up - Capped
17. Left Rear Storage Compartment - Door Secure
18. Water Heater Access - Secure
19. Right Stabilizer Jack - Retraced
20. Trailer Tires(L) - Remove Chocks & Check
21. Sewage System - Hoses Secured - Valve Capped - Work Light - Off
22. Refrigerator Access Panel - Secure
23. Left Spring Bar - Attached & Pinned
23A. Left Safety Chain - Crossed Over to RIGHT Side of Receiver.
24. Tongue Jack - Retracted
25. Breakaway Switch Cable - Attached
26. Trailer Cable - CHECK
27. Truck Tires - Check
28. Truck Lights - Check ALL
29. Trailer Lights - Check ALL
30. Truck - Check under hood
31. Drive Away - Check trailer brake for operation with foot brake.
32. Drive Away - Get Leveling Blocks, etc. Make LAST Check of site.
33. Drive Safely

TV antenna down
cabinet doorss latched
refrigerator pinned or latched
toilet paper and paper towels secured if they are prone to unroll.
All loose items properly stowed. TV radio odds and ends etc.
If you put this stuff on the floor, place it toward the front as the rear end pitches more
Stone guard secure
All wires and hoses disconnected and stowed
pick up leveling ramp blocks etc.
Plus the usual check of lights, brakes etc.
