No sweat. It began as a hunt for a low-flow condition in a new trailer and a couple of us suggested having a look at the inlet water pressure regulator.

Then I got windy and went on at some length as you saw.

In thirty years of 'streaming, that's the only time an inlet regulator (or two of them) has saved me some trouble--that I know of.

It was an expensive disaster for a lot of people, but I was unscathed and I was just too, too happy to have a couple of regulators in line, thank you.
I haven't been following this thread that closely because I didn't think it
applied to me.

Wish I had.

When I bought my '94 I asked the previous owner if I needed a pressure regulator and he said "no" because it's built in to the water inlet.

Am I safe? Do I need to worry?
