Someone on one of these lists mentioned having put aluminum foil in
the taillights of their older model trailer, and that it had brightened
up the taillights considerably. I pulled the lenses off of mine today,
and found that the light assemblies had darkened quite a bit. I used a
wire brush on the surfaces, and then sprayed them with some Rust-Oleum
chrome spray paint. They now look like something Jim
Weston just finished polishing. I expect that when I put the lights
back on tomorrow, the old dull lights will be a thing of the past.
