Hello

I am new to this group. I just purchased a 1969 27' Overlander that appears to be in very good shape. I have several questions that I'm confident the readers of this will have alot of opinions on;

Do many Airstreamers remodel/update their classics with other than original items or is it most desirable to keep them stock? Do you lower the value by making changes? Mine is a rear bath, mid twin beds, front kitchen and couch. I do not forsee the need for the twin beds and would consider remodeling this area for a double bed or ? if practical.

My second question; I've read that there is a problem with the rear bath models developing a sag. What is the fix and how do you know if it has been done? Mine does not appear to have any sag at this time and the I beam under the rear has been doubled.

Finally, I would like to meet other Airstreamers in the Denver area to look at and discuss the above. ( I live in Evergreen, CO).

Thanks,
Rob
