Sherry:

Find out the model of the trailer;

Take an icepick and check all around the walls inside for rot in the floor;

Check all the appliances for dual voltage/propane

Check the seams on the exterior skin for fit; no excess caulking all over it;

Check the rear access and be certain that the wood flooring inside that compartment is not totally rotten.

Check the blackwater tank for rustout along the seams around the bottom sitting on the floorboards.

Check the AC unit for type/operation.

Check the cooking/heating appliances for operation on propane.
