Good morning Huey jockey,

With the exception of the bulbous head and front end Airstream curves are no problem...

Unlike the compound curves encountered in boat building, Airstream curves are consistent front to back and one dimensional. Using a compass (circle drawing type) with a pencil you only need to scribe the
exact curve onto a piece of 1/4" Luan plywood one time. After that you have a pattern for the whole shootin match. If you are unfamiliar with "scribeing" (sp) a curve give me a call and I will explain how easy it is . . .
