On the subject of DDS, I need some help. I just got a satellite and I seem to have great difficulty locating the satellite in some locations. I don't know if I am aiming it wrong or if there are obstructions or what. I had it working where I am most of the time. The other day, I had to go to another location for a couple of days. I had no trouble locating the satellite using the compass etc. Now that I'm back, I spent the whole afternoon trying to locate it with no luck. I even put it on top of my van.

Are there some meters or other gadgets to help with this problem? I do have a red light that flashes rapidly when I am on the satellite.

Any ideas?
