Airstream has for over 20 years used a product called Vulkem for sealing above
doors, windows, around TV antenna, vents etc. It is a urethane based product.
Nothing yet has stood the test of time like Vulkem. It is available from an Airstream dealer as p/n 360002. It is also possible to get it through an automotive glass shop. Although they use black they may be able to get gray for you.
An earlier post talked about having the entire rig resealed at the factory. While this may be a good choice for some, an alternative (other than the obvious do-it-yourself) is a good dealer repair shop. I had a window resealed at my dealer under warranty -- with quality work and results.
