Chuck Smith:

Just some thoughts. Take your garden hose and with a slow water flow
-working from bottom up - see if you can duplicate the leakeage. Check
the seal at base of door frame. Often water will run down door/frame and
sneak in under the door at bottom. Some chalk in the corners of door
frame may be needed. Do you have a window above the cabinet where you
have seen the leak. Odds are the window is leaking rather then seams of
your outside walls. Anyway I would attempt eliminate these possiblities.
Do you have any water lines running under the cabinet in question? A
good suspect if their is. Others on this list have some experience
resealing exterior panels and hope they will respond.
