The flooring people who put mine down said NOT to glue it down. I think that this does tie in with what Home Depot told me that a rigid hardwood floor would not work in a trailer because of the moving around and vibration with the motion of the trailer. They did glue the pieces solidly together, and it rests as a whole on the thin insulation. The floor is 5/8 in. wood.
