Frances and Al, I haven't replaced any of the plywood in my floor. For
some
reason my trailer is one of the few dry ones. I have, however worked
on
EVERYTHING else. Either redoing or replacing. I knew nothing about
electricity when I started, but I learned fast. I also acquired a more
modern look, as my hair seems to stand up straighter now. One of my
many
re-wiring jobs was the running/brake/turn signal lights. This harness
is
accessible through a small hole between the A-frame and the doorway
under
the trailer. My point is (finally) I believe these wires must continue
under
the floor past the doorway and back to the lights. I would check this
out
before getting crazy with the jigsaw. Courtney

Someone answer this 'cause I got the same damn problem.
Al, consider yourself blessed to have dropped the towing
dead-weight. I'm bummed because my 'ol man was a Electrical Engineer
w/ a
PE license & I could have off-loaded the electrical work on him.
Now I'm simply going to electrocute myself.
Ahh well, he was a poor fisherman anyway.
