Hi, Al;

I started out about where you are...but I ended up paying someone to
do things I probably should have done myself...just did not have the
time.

If you can get the bad flooring out in chunks, you can use them to
make the replacement piece. Try to make the edges of the chunk you
intend to replace fall on or near the frame...I have seen floor
repairs that tend to flex because the edges of the repair are not
supported. My trailer had some.

In fact, it may be not much more trouble to replace your floor in
bigger sections than just the bad spots. (You can see where this
leads, right? Welcome to the club!)

Someone wrote in a list somewhere that they had found a new girlfriend
that not only liked his trailer, but could shower in 6 gallons of hot
water. May we all be so lucky.
