Hi Alfred, I just re-tiled the floor in my 66 Caravel. The seams where two
sheets of plywood met were covered with white tape. Maybe this is what you
see. When I put down new tile, I first covered the whole floor with 15lb
felt roofing paper cemented down, and glued the tile to that. Good luck! You
will have a lot of fun and satisfaction along with the inevitable headache
or two. Courtney

Hello Folks,

Got me a '62 Globetripper 19'. Floor is bad around the door. How do
you dig the plywood out? Can I use a jig saw? Is there any wireing
underneath the board that I've got to look out for?

Also, there's a white strip that runs from side to side about in the
middle of the floor. Any one know what's underneath it so I don't have
to take it up to find out?

Pics of the trailer and of the above mentioned problems can be found at:

Now it isn't Ned Hall's trailer, but we all have to start someplace...
This trailer cost me a girlfriend, so I owe it a lot... Hee heeee....

Thanks.
