Hi, y'all:
Our new Airstream came with light, light grey plush carpeting and plush
(same color) siding on the walls (oak cabinets, of course). The carpeting
looks dirty the minute it's walked on. I've tried every sort of throw
rug
to catch inevitable foot tracks. They slide, we stumble on 'em. Phooey.
Many, many of our A/S friends are replacing carpeting with oak flooring
(various brands, weights, etc.) and it's MUCH easier to care for. Who
needs
to vaccum every morning. Do those folks at Jackson Center ever spend
any
time in an RV? Ray & Bea, #1744
