Unless you are planning on taking out the tile you don't have to worry  about it. Keeping a coat of wax on it also keeps it sealed. There isn't enough asbestos in the tile to worry about plus it is incapulsed with other material plus your floor wax or seal. If you plan on removing it, which usually mean scraping it off, just be sure and wear a dust mask and moisten the floor enough to keep the dust down.
