Good move, as far as I'm concerned. The limited traffic patterns in trailers causes carpets to wear in a hurry. Add to that the grit and grim tracked in if you're camping and most carpets look worn out in no time. Have you looked into something like PERGO flooring. goes dow easier and maintains better than hardwood and weighs less too.

That's what I plan on doing to ours when we finally get it where we can work on it.
