I suggest the concern of moisture and Pergo is not as threating as is said. Don't accept a comparison to pressure card board. It not a valid comparison. Ever wonder what the solid wood contractors, etc. said years ago when plywood hit the market. The enterior of homes have as much experience with moisture from spills etc. as does the inside of a trailer and that has not killed the popularity of this flooring. I think Armstrong Flooring also makes a similar product.
