My original '89 battery was 12 inches, it was supposed to be a schedule 27. The new one I looked at was 13 inches. I opted for the schedule 29 a little more than 13 inches and a little wider. It has more amps, Charlie mentioned 160 res. Cap., the schedule 29 has 230 res. Cap. A little more juice and
still fit with ease.
