I'm sure many of you silver surfers have been to these sites before, but for those weak linkers, you might like to be aware of the mine of useful information at these sites.

1) phred Tinseth's 'poop sheets' are at http://www.rvnetwork.com/members/phrannie/phredex.html Absolutely the finest facts and opinions on RV's I've ever seen. He writes for the Escapee's Magazine and has generously collected and posted 18 years of writing.

2) A good guide to RV safety an be found at:http://www.rvsafety.com/contents.htm A wide collection of tips on RVing, especially (but not only) for beginners. Quite amusing too!Try scrolling down the contents to 'WheelHouse' to "General interest' or 'Safety".

3) This is a new forum to complain about badly made RV's, they seem to be worrying the manufacturers into action, by publishing these horror stories. You get to vote on the issue too! RV Consumer Groups 'Court of Public Opinion' at:http://www.rv.org/court.htm I like the concept of consumers banding together on the net to influence the manufacturers.
