Actually no, I didn't mean it to be with the door off. Doing that is a whole nother project in it's self and not taken on lightly. The 2X4 is used as a fulcrum against the edge of the door opening. All this bending we are talking about means really horsing it around. I'm 6'4" 250+ lbs so I can put some weight into it, which is what is needed. Often times I use my knee in lieu of the 2X4. It is necessary to bend the door well past the correct position, as the metal will spring back somewhat.
