Oh. I really don't know anything about new trucks, which is why it was IMHO.
My newest vehicle is a 1967 Dodge W300 with an am transistor radio (which does not work!). I tend to think in the past about trucks, and I know the bumpers many years ago were not designed for towing.
You will be far better off listening to people who keep up with the newer trucks. Steve, thanks for responding off line.
