Now that's a first. We are located over in Idaho and we have dealt with Hydra
Vac brakes for many years. I have never heard of them being illegal in any
state, or country on this continent. But, what ever rational they use, as
long as they don't try to strong arm you, you will end up with a brake system
that while not as sophisticate will serve you well with out costing you and
arm and a leg to maintain.
