Hi Ted & Donald,

The answer to both of your questions is, YES. So long as the cushion that the foam needs replaced in, has a zipper/accessible closure, the foam ALONE can in fact - be replaced. ALL I need to know is the, size AND thickness of EACH cushion you want to replace. Is it JUST the seat? If you want to replace the back also, I need to know if the back cushion becomes part of a bed? Or does it STAY just a back cushion, (i.e., as in a 'fixed' dinette.)

This is because, foam that is EXCELLENT for a back rest cushion, really is NOT suitable to sleep on!

OTHER than passing my foam WHOLESALE price savings on to fellow Airstreamers, Part of the reason MY price reduction seem so radically different from what you find elsewhere is simply:

1) There IS an incredible price markup on foam.
2) I charge the customer for ONLY what you NEED. NOT for the ENTIRE sheet of foam, (unless you need or order an ENTIRE sheet of foam!) MOST, (NOT all but Most) companies charge the customer for the entire sheet even if that customer only needs a quarter of the sheet. And of course, the customer does NOT as a rule, receive or get offered - the unused section of foam, even though they have already paid for it! FYI - IF you are charged for the ENTIRE piece of ANYTHING, ("because, that's how we have to order it.") and you only need 'x%' of it, unless it is otherwise stated IN writing on your paperwork - you CAN and ARE entitled to ask for and receive the remaining unused portion! - YOU'VE PAID FOR IT!! (See, ya learn something new everyday! And if you already knew this - Good for you!! ;-) )

As I stated - what seems like - forever ago; The foam I use is AAA+ TOP Quality - guaranteed not to disintegrate! It is designed for Aircraft, Auto, Trailers, etc. And while it comes in a variety of firmness - The ONE I recommend most (and have myself used for OUR Trailers) is not only incredibly comfortable & easy on the, 'Tussie' for short OR long periods of time but is also unbelievably comfortable to Sleep on!

If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards & Happy Holidays to you and yours,
Sharon
