And, in my Airstream, I don't have a telephone. But I do have Amateur Radio connectivity.

Now, if by "online", you mean direct connectivity to the web for surfing purposes, that's a LOT harder, and I would go out on a limb and state that you should not count on that occurring by way of the Amateur Radio Service at this point in time, although in some VERY limited communities, that is in fact occurring today.
