Donald, I may have solved it. I had to remove the toilet to undo the fitting at the back. Then poured in 4 gallons of antifreeze, blew it out all of the faucets, but still had no way to take care of the hot water tank. (I do not have a hot water bypass valve). Then I looked at the galley faucet, and it screws right off. I then opened the hot water side and poured in another 1-2 gallons of fluid. There is a direct pipe into the top of the hot water tank from the galley faucet. This was all after having blown the whole system out with a compressor. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this actually works, but it will be 6 months or so before we find out. Please wish us luck!! Next year will be quite a bit easier, now that I have found a way to introduce the fluid into the system.
