I think you've got enough thermal mass there that a few hours below freezing won't hurt.

Last year I just drained my trailer and used compressed air to blow > out the water then, poured a bit of antifreeze down the traps.

This year I found the water heater bypass and the pump and filled the pipes with the pink stuff. BTW is the pink stuff damaging to the tub and lavatory plastic?

Yes, if left on the plastic it will set a permanent stain.
