Ned, Try Home Power Magazine, they are in Ashland Or. They are experts in
the renewable energy field. They are like the consumer reports of RE. Trace
makes a good meter as does the E Meter from cruising equipment. Each of
them have a DVM (digital volt meter) a built in amp-hour meter and more.
