I have a lead on some kind of new florescents that do not generate rf hash. They are somewhat expensive, about 80 bucks per fixture, and are designed with the specific intention of not interfering with LORAN or HF marine radio installations. West Marine, I believe, is handling them. I will let you know what I find out if I get my hands on one of them to test.
